Kier Hair Bridal Services Contract 

(ALL BOOKINGS ARE TO HAVE A CARD ON FILE) 

To secure your chosen date and time for any service, a card must be kept on file, as this ensures your booking is confirmed. Please be aware that any cancellations or modifications to your booking will result in charges to the card on file. Furthermore, all services rendered must be paid for in full on the morning of the appointment, prior to any services being performed. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all clients. 

The Big Day 

As the big day approaches, the bride emphasizes the crucial need for punctuality and readiness to her bridal party, reminding them that every detail matters. She clearly outlines that anyone opting for an updo, half-up hairstyle, or curls must arrive with their hair already blown dry, as the stylist has a tight schedule and will not accommodate blow-drying within the allotted time; failure to comply may result in additional charges or forfeited services. Additionally, the bride stresses the importance of agreeing to the pre-discussed prices, with all services to be pre-paid before any work begins. Kiersten will need a designated area for setting up hair and makeup, and the bride makes it clear that any delays or inadequate preparation could hinder the stylist's ability to work, resulting in fees regardless of the situation. Finally, she reminds everyone that the stylist cannot be held accountable for any injuries that occur at the venue, urging them all to ensure a smooth and enjoyable wedding day experience.
