No Show / Day Of Cancellation Policy

No Show & Same Day Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. However, to ensure the best service for all clients, we have implemented the following policy:

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels on the day of the appointment, they will be responsible for paying 100% of the services reserved for that day. Payment will be required immediately after the missed appointment.

In the event that a payment is declined, the client will not be able to rebook with Kiersten until the outstanding balance is paid in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. However, to ensure we can continue providing the best service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

If a client cancels their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, they will be responsible for paying 100% of the services reserved for that day. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Should payment be declined, the client will not be able to rebook with Kiersten until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
