New Clients Only

To book an appointment with Kiersten at KierHair, all new clients are required to complete a New Client Form. This form helps us gather essential information to ensure we provide the best possible service. Additionally, a valid credit card must be placed on file to confirm your appointment. By booking, you also agree to KierHair's cancellation policy, which outlines the terms regarding cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling. These steps are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both our clients and our team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Existing Clients Only

For existing clients of KierHair, a valid credit card must be on file to secure your appointment. This ensures a smooth and efficient booking process while allowing us to manage our schedule effectively. Additionally, by booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to KierHair's cancellation policy, which outlines the terms for cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling. These requirements are in place to maintain a high standard of service for all clients. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to continuing to serve you with the utmost care and professionalism.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

At Kiersten's salon, we value your time and aim to provide the best possible service. In order to accommodate all clients and maintain a high standard of service, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy:

If a client cancels their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, they will be responsible for paying 50% of the services reserved for that day. This ensures that we can appropriately manage our schedule and offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

In the event that payment is declined, the client will not be able to rebook with Kiersten until the outstanding balance is settled in full.

No Show & Same Day Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. However, to ensure the best service for all clients, we have implemented the following policy:

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels on the day of the appointment, they will be responsible for paying 100% of the services reserved for that day. Payment will be required immediately after the missed appointment.

In the event that a payment is declined, the client will not be able to rebook with Kiersten until the outstanding balance is paid in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.
